All items are designed and made by "BLACKMIRROR DESIGN", everything is made to order. Items will be posted to you WHITIN 2/3 WEEKS upon receipt of your payment. PLEASE make sure of your size before ordering or email me if you need help finding the correct size.

RETURNED ITEMS:

Items must to be returned to me in within 10 working days of purchase for EXCHANGE (Please email me first). The replacement item will be posted whitin 1 week upon receipt of the retuned item. Returned item must be in perfect condition.

All items are securely packaged, they are shipped only with SIGNED FOR AIRMAL SURE DELIVERY. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: customers OUTSIDE EUROPE may be subject to import duties and taxes. Shipping orders that are unclaimed and retuned to me will be held for 30 days. If your order is unclaimed and retuned to me I will attempt to contact you by email three times, in order to reprocess the order. You must respond within 30 days of the date of the unclaimed return. To have us resend your order you will be CHARGED FOR THE EXTRA SHIPPING COST. After 30 days of non responding the items will be put on sale.

FAQ:

If you have any problem with the merchandise, you have to send back to me in perfect condition, with sure delivery (Air measures recorded signed for). Once I receive the items, I will return your money through Paypal in 2-3 working days.
